ABOUT «ARVOO»

ARVOO was founded in 1993 as an engineering firm that often worked on a project basis to develop solutions for image processing purposes. Today, ARVOO is a global player in the field of manufacturing and development of image processing and ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) systems. ARVOO’s scanning technology is not only leading in Europe, but is also used worldwide. Whether for parking/access control, detecting illegal traffic, enforcement of traffic rules in a low-emission zone, measuring traffic flows or tunnel safety, it is all possible with ARVOO’s camera systems.

Cooperation

Our partnership with ARVOO enables fruitful cooperation and the creation of effective synergies in Ukraine. ARVOO’s high-quality motion sensors powered by artificial intelligence, along with their unique solutions, are central to this partnership. This collaboration significantly expands our capabilities, delivering a new level of efficiency in parking automation and access control systems.

ARVOO’s ANPR cameras and scan cars have become an essential part of the parking enforcement scene of leading cities in the Netherlands and other countries. In Paris, ARVOO scan cars are used for parking enforcement, and in Amsterdam they are also used as scan cars to track down stolen vehicles.

The integration of the ARVOO ANPR ScanGenius SLIM scanning system with Desyde’s expertise will help municipalities achieve the following main results

ScanGenius SLIM

The ScanGenius is a mobile ANPR system that scans license plates and sends them to a backoffice that verifies whether car owners have paid for parking.

The ScanGenius is an ANPR system designed to be compatible with almost any vehicle. It is optimized to operate in city traffic while maintaining high scanning performance, which allows it to read the license plates of parked cars at speeds of up to 50 km/h, with a scanning capacity of up to 3,000 plates per hour.

CITYCAM ONE

ARVOO cameras are highly effective in a variety of scenarios: parking and access control, traffic violation detection, low-emission zone enforcement, traffic flow analysis, and tunnel safety enhancement. Their quality and reliability ensures their presence on the streets of cities around the world, both within the country and abroad.

The range of cameras is tailored to various conditions: For monitoring a single lane, at a low speed and short distances. For monitoring four lanes, with cars moving at speeds of up to 250 km/h and at a distance of up to 34 meters. In each segment, ARVOO guarantees maximum flexibility, high quality and reliability of automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) solutions.

Smart cameras for every need

With decades of experience, ARVOO has transformed ANPR cameras into high-performance AI devices. Modern cameras not only recognize license plates, but also perform a much wider range of tasks.

All ARVOO cameras are equipped with two sensors that simultaneously analyze two spectra: infrared and visible light. This enables the best possible results for automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) with a single camera.

Thanks to these capabilities, ARVOO cameras are a versatile tool for numerous applications, from ensuring security to optimizing traffic flows.

Analyze the type of vehicle
Measure speed and determine the direction of movement

Axxess Ruby

The Axxess Ruby cameras, the latest innovation from ARVOO, represent the company’s cutting-edge advancement, seamlessly combining artificial intelligence (AI) technology with innovative approaches to parking system automation. Specifically designed for Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), these cameras offer a number of key advantages, making them an ideal solution when integrated with the CarP project.

Features of Axxess Ruby cameras

The license plate recognition rate reaches 99.98%, which is the market leader.
The built-in AI system enhances functionality with additional text filtering and classification of vehicles by type.

The cameras are available in two versions: Standard Range (1-12 meters) and Long Range (12-25 meters), which allows them to be used in various scenarios — from parking lots with barriers to free-flow systems without physical restrictions.

Easy configuration: setup takes up to 15 minutes. The cameras operate with low power consumption (only 12 W on average) and use power via PoE+.

The built-in data storage allows the cameras to work autonomously during temporary connection failures, with further data transfer after the connection is restored.

Axxes Diamond

The Axxess Diamond camera is a high-performance Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) device. It is equipped with two sensors — a white light sensor and an infrared sensor — with independent zoom control. This allows the camera to be adapted to different lighting conditions and ensures high accuracy of license plate recognition.

The camera’s compact size (13 x 17 x 13 cm) makes it easy to install it in a variety of settings, from parking areas, access control points, and traffic monitoring systems to other areas where automatic license plate recognition is required.

Emerald

Emerald compact and functional mobile camera system is designed for projects where a conventional camera may be too large or other viewing angles are required. Thanks to its modular design, this system is extremely flexible: the individual sensors, LEDs and processing unit can be customized to specific needs.

Emerald supports the connection of up to six cameras, which are capable of recognizing vehicles on four lanes at speeds of up to 250 km/h, providing high accuracy number plate recognition (ANPR).

RailwayCam

This camera is designed to improve safety at railway crossings. It uses artificial intelligence to detect red flashing lights and the position of barriers. When an illegal crossing of a railway crossing is detected, the camera sends an alarm signal to the backoffice, allowing prompt response to violations and reducing the risk of incidents.

The use of such cameras significantly increases road safety and reduces the number of illegal crossings at railroad crossings. Studies show that after implementing a surveillance system using ARVOO cameras, the number of illegal crossings decreases by 70-80%.
